IOS Sales strategy is “Direct and Indirect”
IOS INTERNATIONAL’s direct sales force is focusing on the top 100 corporate customers, selling IOS technology, business/ICT consulting, project management and customized projects.
IOS INTERNATIONAL also works indirectly in various kinds of partnerships:
- VAR (Value Added Reseller): sells the IOS application/services and delivers know-how and expertise for new modules based on IOS technology/templates
- SP (Service Provider): uses the IOS software to offer its own expertise/consulting services in a specific domain.
- SI (Solution Integrator): integrates IOS with other existing corporate systems and applications.
IOS INTERNATIONAL is receptive for cooperation treaties with:
- SA (Strategic Alliance): market leaders/influencers/facilitators who promote the IOS technology.
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer): software vendors who purchase and resell the IOS platform as its own, as a part of a larger product.
